Spring Registration/Tuition

Spring registration is currently underway.  The fee to register is $75. Maximum enrollment is limited to 9 learners.  The spring session dates are January 3-May 25th.  TTC will be open on T/TH from  9-3.  A Wednesday, third day option may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $150 a day.  We are NOW accepting learners part-time that need accommodations after transitions programs from the high schools. 

We are in-network with BCBS, Cigna and Aetna. Our insurance billing department will run benefits and tuition will be adjusted based on collections.  Please email throughthecloudsfc@gmail.com to get more information

The cost for 2023 spring tuition will be  $1200 for T/TH (2 days a week) with a materials fee of $125 due the first month.  The tuition cost includes  data software and music therapy once a week. We are in-network with BCBS, Cigna and Aetna for those learners with an autism diagnosis. There may also be an option for a third day, Wednesday, if needed on a case by case basis, which would be an additional $150 a day from regular tuition. All tuition is due on the first of every month. There is a 30 day cancellation policy for all learners. A financial commitment letter is due once the learner has been accepted into the program.
